How to Apply Pro-Tactical Premium Gun Stock Finish Walnut Oil

  1. Prepare the Stock
Ensure the stock is clean, dry, and free from dirt, grease, or old finish.
  2. Apply the Oil
Pour a small amount of walnut oil onto the stock. Rub the stock oil into the wood, preferable with the palm of your hand, so as to produce friction.
  3. Work It In
Massage the oil into the stock using circular motions. The warmth of your hands helps the oil penetrate deeply into the wood grain.
  4. Let It Soak
Allow the stock to absorb the oil overnight. Wipe away any excess with a clean, dry cloth.
  5. Repeat for Best Results
For a richer finish, apply multiple thin coats, allowing each coat to dry completely before applying the next.
  6. Maintain
Periodically reapply as part of regular firearm care to keep the stock protected and looking its best.
