1. Promoter. The promoter is Pro-Tactical Pty Ltd (ACN 160 336 569) trading as Backcountry Outfitters, of 1 Dividend Street, Mansfield QLD 4122 (Promoter).
2. Agreement. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these terms. By entering, entrants accept these terms.
3. Promotion period. The promotion opens at 12:00am AEST on 1 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 November 2026 (Promotion Period). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are invalid.
4. Eligibility. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, its marketing agency Flow State Productions, any prize supplier, and their immediate families are not eligible.
5. How to enter. During the Promotion Period, entrants must complete the subscriber form shown in the pop-up on backcountryoutfitters.com.au with their first name and a valid email address, and opt in to receive marketing emails from Backcountry Outfitters.
6. Entry limits. One entry per person. Multiple sign-ups using the same or different email addresses by the same person will count as one entry. Existing subscribers are automatically entered if they stay subscribed.
7. Free entry. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. Any discount code shown or emailed on sign-up is a separate offer and is not part of this promotion.

10. Winner notification. The winner will be notified by email from sales@backcountryoutfitters.com.au within 2 business days of the draw. The winner's first name and state will be published on the Backcountry Outfitters website and Instagram within 7 days of the draw.
11. Claiming the prize. The winner must reply to the notification email with a valid Australian delivery address and colour choice within 14 days of notification.
12. Unclaimed prize. If the prize is not claimed as set out in clause 11, a redraw will take place at 10:00am AEST on 17 December 2026 at the same location. The redraw winner will be notified by email within 2 business days and published as in clause 10.
13. Prize delivery. The prize will be posted to the winner at the Promoter's cost to an address in Australia. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
14. Verification. The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and the winner's eligibility. It may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or enters in breach of these terms.
15. Liability.
